Terms & Conditions
Event Organiser: This event is run by J & J Rodeo Pty Ltd (ABN: 31669573942) (the Promoter).
Terms and Conditions are Binding: Tickets to the Event are sold or given and admission to the Event is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Event Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Event T&Cs). By purchasing an Event ticket you agree to be bound to the Event T&Cs.
Directions of Event Staff: You must follow the reasonable directions of Event staff, rodeo officials, and animal welfare officers as required and comply with the law at all times during the Event. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event Site without refund.
Weather, Postponement & Cancellation
The Event may be subject to weather conditions and the safety and welfare of animals and riders. J & J Rodeo Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event — including the format, schedule, or individual competitions — where it determines that weather conditions, ground conditions, or the health, safety and welfare of riders, livestock or the public necessitate such action.
In the event of cancellation or postponement:
Where the Event is cancelled entirely and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a refund less any booking fees paid to the ticketing agent and any credit card transaction fees.
Where the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact us within 14 days of the postponement announcement for a refund.
Where the Event proceeds but individual competitions or performances are modified, shortened or cancelled due to animal welfare, weather or safety concerns, no refund or compensation will be provided for those changes.
The Promoter's decision regarding whether conditions are suitable for the Event to proceed, be modified or be cancelled is final and is made with the safety and welfare of riders, animals and patrons as the primary consideration.
No refunds will be issued simply due to wet weather, dusty or hot conditions unless the Event is formally cancelled.
Animal Welfare
J & J Rodeo Pty Ltd is committed to the welfare of all animals involved in the Event. All events are conducted in accordance with the Australian Professional Rodeo Association (APRA) rules and relevant state animal welfare legislation.
Flank straps, spurs and other equipment used during rodeo events comply with APRA regulations and applicable animal welfare standards.
Qualified stock handlers and, where required, a veterinarian are present at all events to monitor animal welfare.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw any animal from competition at any time if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the animal's welfare.
Patrons must not approach, touch, feed or interact with any livestock or rodeo animals without the express permission of authorised staff.
Patrons who are found interfering with or causing distress to animals will be immediately removed from the Event Site.

Running, climbing on fences or barriers, and any behaviour that could startle animals or create a hazard is strictly prohibited.

Event staff have full authority to move, relocate or remove any patron whose position or behaviour creates a safety risk.
